The hike to the summit of Devil's Peak will leave you with a great sense of achievement. There are various routes to the top, our favourite being the 7.5 km loop via Oppelskop, passing through wonderful fynbos, and giving one a good little work-out whilst doing so! The initial ascent is gradual, but expect quite a steep final ascent and decent, with overall elevation gain of about 600m. The path has been rebuilt and the views across to neighbouring Table Mountain and Lion’s Head are the BEST!
